Capture, report, and triage bugs
with private cloud storage
Record your screen (Reels), capture screenshots (Snaps), and ingest error crashes (Beats). Stored privately in AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage with automated, plan-based retention.

Integrate in minutes, zero lock-in
Capture bug reports right where your users and developers work.
Instant screen & voice
Record your browser tab or entire display in high quality. Mute audio, pause, or redo anytime before submission.
Drop-in script or Sentry SDK
Add the lightweight embed recorder to your staging site or point your Sentry DSN directly to your Fyx endpoint.
Private cloud lifecycle
Videos and metadata land in private S3 or GCS storage, governed by your plan's retention policy.

Everything you need to capture & triage
Built for speed, clarity, and uncompromising data privacy.
Reels
High-resolution screen recording with mic audio, pause/resume, and instant upload to private cloud storage.
Snaps
One-click screenshots when video is overkill. Snaps capture viewport dimensions and organize alongside your Reels.
Beats (Sentry Ingestion)
Sentry-compatible envelope ingestion: route crash reports to Fyx and see stack traces correlated with the video recording.
Projects
Organize triage by feature, customer, or sprint. Drag any Reel, Snap, or Beat between projects in one fluid motion.
Embeddable Recorder
A lightweight script for your staging and production sites. Allowlisted origins ensure only your apps can submit.
Google Sign-In & Domain Gate
Every route is protected by Google OAuth and gated to your team's allowed domain or email list.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about Fyx and your data.
Where are my screen recordings and screenshots stored?
Recordings and metadata are saved in private AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage buckets operated by Fyx. There is no third-party data broker or AI model training on your internal sessions. Business plans include a dedicated bucket namespace.
How does Sentry error tracking work with Beats?
Fyx implements a Sentry-compatible envelope ingestion endpoint. Rather than replacing your main APM, you can point your existing Sentry SDK DSN on staging or QA directly to your Fyx endpoint to automatically correlate stack traces and runtime errors side-by-side with screen replays.
Can users submit bug reports without a Google account?
Yes. While the main triage dashboard requires authenticated Google Sign-In, the embeddable recorder widget and private recording links allow external testers or users to record and submit bugs from allowlisted origins.
What happens when files reach their retention limit?
Tier lifecycle rules automatically expire both the recording file (.webm) and metadata (.json) simultaneously once the retention window (7, 30, 90, or 180 days) elapses. You can also 1-click export formatted Issue Markdown to Linear, Jira, or GitHub, or download media files directly from the preview page anytime before expiration for permanent archival.
What browsers are supported for recording?
Screen and microphone recording uses native browser APIs (MediaRecorder and Display Capture). It is supported on desktop versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari 16+, Firefox, and Chromium derivatives without requiring any browser extensions.
